數控鋼筋機簡介
數控鋼筋(jin)彎曲機,通(tong)過電(dian)腦數字控制,能(neng)設計 500 個型號鋼筋(jin),能(neng)滿足人(ren)防水泥(ni)門多種型號的(de)(de)(de)鋼筋(jin)彎箍,不僅效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao),而且成型精度好,效(xiao)率(lv)是(shi)人(ren)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de) 28 倍,誤(wu)差僅在 ±1.5毫(hao)米左(zuo)右,大大提升了箍筋(jin)成品的(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)標準(zhun),從(cong)而有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)善(shan)工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)水平(ping)。

鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)的加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)利用(yong)(yong)單機(ji)(ji)將盤(pan)(pan)(pan)圓鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)經(jing)過(guo)調(diao)直(zhi)、切斷、彎(wan)箍(gu)(gu)等工(gong)(gong)序(xu)而實(shi)(shi)現。其工(gong)(gong)藝較為(wei)落后(hou),不(bu)能滿足現代施工(gong)(gong)進(jin)度(du)的需要,且大量浪費鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)材、占用(yong)(yong)較大的空間(jian)、用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)多、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)率低、箍(gu)(gu)筋(jin)(jin)尺寸準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)性差。實(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)經(jing)濟型數控鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)彎(wan)箍(gu)(gu)機(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)微機(ji)(ji)編程(cheng)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),自動(dong)(dong)完成鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)定(ding)尺、調(diao)直(zhi)、切斷、彎(wan)箍(gu)(gu),快速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)、省(sheng)(sheng)人、省(sheng)(sheng)料(liao)、省(sheng)(sheng)地(di)。微機(ji)(ji)編程(cheng)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的司服電(dian)機(ji)(ji)傳動(dong)(dong),動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que)、噪音小,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)率高(gao)。可(ke)用(yong)(yong)計算機(ji)(ji)輸(shu)入近千種(zhong)不(bu)同曲(qu)線,自動(dong)(dong)進(jin)行(xing)箍(gu)(gu)筋(jin)(jin)的成形(xing),簡(jian)便而快速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su),無浪費,可(ke)在狹窄(zhai)區(qu)域(yu)作(zuo)業(ye)。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)機(ji)(ji)屬于一(yi)種(zhong)對鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)彎(wan)曲(qu)機(ji)(ji)結構的改進(jin)。本實(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)新(xin)型包括減速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)、大齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)、小齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)、彎(wan)曲(qu)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)面(mian)(mian)(mian),其特征(zheng)在 于結構中數控鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)機(ji)(ji):雙級制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)與減速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)聯作(zuo)一(yi)級減速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su);小齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)與大齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)嚙(nie)合(he)作(zuo)二級減速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su);大齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)始終帶動(dong)(dong)彎(wan)曲(qu)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)旋轉;彎(wan)曲(qu)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)上(shang)設置(zhi)(zhi)有中心(xin)軸孔(kong)和若(ruo)干(gan)彎(wan)曲(qu)軸孔(kong);工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺面(mian)(mian)(mian)的定(ding)位方杠(gang)上(shang)分(fen)別設置(zhi)(zhi)有若(ruo)干(gan)定(ding)位軸孔(kong)。由于雙級 制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)與減速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)聯作(zuo)一(yi)級減速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su),輸(shu)入、數控鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)彎(wan)箍(gu)(gu)機(ji)(ji)輸(shu)出轉數比準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que),彎(wan)曲(qu)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)度(du)穩(wen)定(ding)、準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)(que),且可(ke)利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)氣(qi)自動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變換(huan)速(su)(su)(su)(su)(su)度(du),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器可(ke)保證彎(wan)曲(qu)角度(du)。中心(xin)軸可(ke)替(ti)換(huan),便于維修。可(ke)以(yi)采用(yong)(yong)智(zhi)能化(hua)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。
1、可(ke)加工鋼筋的品(pin)種(zhong)多,直徑從(cong)5mm到12mm不等,因而使(shi)用(yong)規模較廣。
2、具有很高(gao)的精(jing)度(du),鋼筋(jin)加(jia)工(gong)長度(du)公差控制(zhi)在3mm以內,一起(qi)加(jia)工(gong)視點的誤差也(ye)不超越(yue)+/一1.5度(du)。這種加(jia)工(gong)精(jing)度(du)大大超越(yue)了手(shou)工(gong)操作。
3、作業的規(gui)(gui)模大。鋼筋進(jin)給(gei)之前,不管(guan)是(shi)規(gui)(gui)矩擺(bai)放(如圓(yuan)盤)還是(shi)不規(gui)(gui)矩擺(bai)放,均能順(shun)暢進(jin)給(gei)并校(xiao)直(zhi)。
4、能加工熱(re)軋和(he)冷拉鋼筋,不管它是否是圓盤的方式。
5、保證鋼(gang)筋的有(you)用(yong)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)率。因為它選用(yong)計(ji)算機操控,進給多少就加工(gong)多少,使(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)筋得(de)到了最大(da)極限(xian)的使(shi)(shi)用(yong)。
6、使用計(ji)算機對鋼筋加(jia)工進程(cheng)進行操控(kong)。改(gai)動鋼筋加(jia)工的(de)形狀,只需在操控(kong)屏上選擇(ze)所需加(jia)工類型。需增加(jia)或刪去(qu)某種加(jia)工形狀,對軟件進行修正即可(ke)完結。
